Certificates of Compliance

Selling a property, changing ownership or renewing insurance? South African law requires a valid electrical Certificate of Compliance. We inspect the full installation against SANS 10142-1, fix what needs fixing at a fair price, and issue your COC — with paperwork your conveyancer and insurer will accept without question.
